DELEGATES FOR 2016-2017
One delegate for a club of six (6) through twelve (12) registered members, two (2) delegates, from each club having thirteen (13) registered members, and one (1) additional delegate for each additional twelve (12) registered members or major fraction thereof. Each delegate should have an alternate.
NOTE: EACH CLUB SHOULD ELECT DELEGATES FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR FROM APRIL 2016 TO APRIL 2017. SEND THE DELEGATE NAMES TO LOIS HIGGINS (l.higgins1964@gmail.com) & Sarah Gomez (sarah.ann.gomez.1989@gmail.com) Remember that each Past President, Each Club President (or Vice-President) already has a vote. Your delegates should not be a Past President or your club president. Also, current state officers already have a vote.
